Loved the convenient location for exploring Milan's architecture and art. The free fitness center was a nice touch. Sky TV channels in the hall? Perfect for when I needed a break from all the culture.

The lack of English entertainment channels on TV left me feeling so deprived, couldn't even properly unwind with a good show.

Costs 22-25 Euros each way from airport. Free shuttle is not always provided. Restaurant is closed during holidays and weekends - only food nearby is a MacDonald. Would be more convenient to stay around Central station where there is regular bus shuttle. Closer to airport but transportation is a complicated

The room was o.k., nice and confortable bed.

When i arrived at the S. Donato underground station i call the reception to help me going back to the hotel as it was the first time i´m beeing there, the man told me to wait a little bit as the navette will pick me up, after another 2 calls and 45 mints later the navette finally arrived!!!!! We could arrive on foot in 8 mints, incredible, i´ve argued with the receptionist but i was tottaly ignored... It was my first and last time at this bad service hotel!

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing the excellent facilities at a hotel I stayed in for business. The private carpark provided convenience and peace of mind for my vehicle. The full gym equipment and stone sauna were a welcome addition, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day. The breakfast offered a large variety of options, although it would have been nice to see some variety in the menu for longer stays. The free shuttle van service to nearby locations, such as Linate airport and the metro, was a convenient and appreciated amenity. My room, facing the Daikin Building, was quiet and provided a peaceful atmosphere. I found this hotel to be decent and convenient for my needs.

they offer the shuttle bus to the ariport and from the airpot to the hotel. But when I was in Linate airport I call to have the shuttle but they told me that the shuttel was not available becase the had a problem with the driver and they don't have any other driver. So I tool a taxi and I paid 20eur. When I was in the Hotel I asked a refund for the taxy because I expected a shuttle service but they did want to refound my taxy fee.

Ease to get into Milan with metro was excellent though could use clearer instructions about how to get to metro, perhaps specific maps showing this for tourists in your hotel as we found it difficult to find

I chose this hotel for attending a congregation and it provided a modern business hotel with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The facilities, including the conference center, were well-equipped and met all my needs. The staff was efficient and treated me with respect. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe and was conveniently located for my purpose.

The one service that I missed for my work was a faster and more reliable internet connection. At times, the internet access was slow or non-existent, which was a bit frustrating for my business needs.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and facitiles in good shape. Excellent restaurant.

The shuttle only works on certain hours morning and evening.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for my business trip, as it was situated in a business district close to the airport. The convenience of being able to walk to the bus stop and easily catch transport to my meetings was a major plus. the staff provided excellent service. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. I also appreciated the free toiletries and electric kettle provided. the hotel had great dining options, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning.

I would highly recommend this place to friends.

The location is very bad because it is located on the national highway and it had a lot of fuss. You can not sleep in the room with your window open. Very expensive hotel !!!

This hotel is located in a great business district, close to the airport and the subway. Guests have mentioned the impeccable service, clean and comfortable rooms, and the free parking that is available. the breakfast offers a good selection of options to choose from, and the staff is incredibly helpful.
